The future is real stability unlike what Woy brought - Woy took the team backwards through his lack of knowing how to handle managing a top club in England. I am personally delighted that Kenny is back and hope that he brings everyone at the club together and reminds them that they should fight for the shirt at all times.
I am quite happy the Roy has left but sad that he did not see fit to step aside and waited until he was pushed. he is a pretty decent fello but was a bad fit for Liverpool. I am a bit worried that King Kenny might have been to long away from the game but am hoping that his passion for Liverpool and the fact that he does have that winning mentality might be enough to lift our spirits. I hope he dumps Konchesky who has been a nightmare for us and makes us the fighting team that we once were. Good Luck Kenny YNWA!!!!
I don't think many supporters had anything against Roy the man, as he very amiable, but he seemed unable to energise the team and change the way we play. Let's hope Kenny can reinvigorate the squad and add some very needed flair to the otherwise staid way of playing under Roy. Nice to see some good wishes from the pass master Xabi Alonso http://www.metro.co.uk/sport/852137-xabi-alonso-hails-new-liverpool-boss-king-kenny-dalglish-on-twitter
No doubt Roy was a decent man, but then so is Sammy Lee. Roy made some fundamental errors in his man management which I found surprising. I don't recall him doing things like that at Fulham, and I followed them all last season. What made him lay into Glenn Johnson so publicly? I don't think Glenn has had the best of seasons, but he gets most of the blame for every goal we concede, which is rather unfair. I hear it was also he fault that we conceded the penalty on Sunday?
